What information is required for a quotation?
Please send us:

  • flight numbers
  • flight dates (arrival and departure)
  • flight times (arrival and departure)
  • name/address of accommodation
  • which type of vehicle you require, (Please see our price list page which has all of our vehicles and luggage capacity displayed)
  • leader’s name
  • mobile phone number
How can I make a booking?
Please fill in your details on our contact page and send by email or you may call us at 00353 86 2510 756 from 09:00 to 21:00 GMT.

 

Do you provide other services besides airport transfers?
Yes. We specialise in Dublin Airport transfers to and from the Dublin surrounding area, we also provide transfers to various activities and events.

 

How long will it take for our transfer from the airport to the city centre?
We allow 30 minutes travel time to and from the airport. 

 

How much time should we allow for our check in?

We recommend 2 hours for short haul flights and 4 hours for transatlantic flights due to long security lines etc.

 

 

Are we allowed to drink alcohol during the transfer?
No, it is illegal to drink alcohol while on hired transport in Ireland. If it’s a long journey we will stop along the way for toilet break and refreshments if requested.

 

 

What areas do you cover?

In addition to our Dublin services, we will transfer you to and from any destination within 80kms of Dublin. We will quote you in advance and advise you on likely transfer times. 

What happens after I make a booking?
When you make a booking you will be sent a booking confirmation email. You will be given exact meeting instructions, including our contact number, should you encounter any problems.

 

 

 

How do I pay?
Payment can be made in cash to our driver on arrival to your destination. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, then payment will be required 1 week in advance of transfers.

 

 

 

Do I have to pay in advance?
No, not if you prefer to pay cash on arrival to your destination. 

 

 

 

Where will my driver be waiting?
Terninal 1 – Currency Exchange Shop front in the arrival’s hall

Terminal 2 – Spar shop front in the arrival’s hall

 

 

 

 

If my flight is delayed will my driver still wait for me?
We have an excellent flight monitoring system and we are always aware if your flight is delayed. Your driver will wait for 1 hour after your flight has landed for short haul flights and up to 90 minutes after flight has landed for long haul flights unless we hear from you.
